Pakistan Wants Drone Tech

SYED YOUSUF RAZA GILANIYousuf Raza Gilani has said to the United States to allow drone technology to Pakistan. Pakistan. Pakistani Prime Minister Gilani demanded an end to American drone attacks in is country. He made this request in a meeting with Richard Holbrooke Monday at his home. Holbrooke is US special envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan. The PM also talked over a range of other issues. He said innocent citizens were killed in the US drone attacks, because it cannot recognize the terrorists amongst the civilians. He urged drone technology to provide in Pakistan to take action against the Taliban militants.

During the meeting, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, State Minister for Finance Hina Rabbani Khar, Interior Minister Rehman Malik, US ambassador Ann W. Patterson and some other officials were also present there.

Taliban Asked to Avoid Election

The Taliban militant has threatened now to attack in Afghan polling stations during elections. Already in an appreciation of their efforts to stop general elections, they have been striking at NATO’s this week in the capital, Kabul.

Afghanistan’s senior election officials warned a strong suicide bomb attack outside the NATO headquarters in the city can tear down Thursday’s vote if another repetition of it in the upcoming days. Swedish Princes Ready to Marry

The youngest issue of Swedish King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia, Princess Madeleine is engaged to marry her longtime beau. The Swedish Royal Palace announced the engagement of the princess with her boyfriend Jonas Bergstrom.

According to procedures specify in Sweden’s constitution, the nuptials announcement was made after the king got approval from the government. In a statement the place said “Today, Tuesday, 11, August 2009, the engagement between Her Royal Highness Princess Madeleine and Mr Jonas Bergstroem was announced.”

27-year-old Princess Madeleine has got siblings; they are Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Carl Philip. Date for the marriage ceremony has not been yet set, but the plave spokesperson Annika Sonnerberg said it can be after Victoria’s wedding in June 2010.

31-year-old Princess Victoria publicized her own engagement on 24 February. She is going to marry her ex-personal trainer Daniel Westling, 35, in June next year. Westling owns a number of luxury fitness centers in Stockholm.

In 2006, after getting an undergraduate degree in art, history and ethnology, Madeleine has combined studies on social affairs with serving the World Childhood Foundation in Stockholm. On the hand 30-year-old Bergstrom got a master’s degree in law. He has served as an associate attorney at a firm in Stockholm since 2006.

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said the Democratic Republic of Congo will get fund from the USA to assist combat sexual violence in Africa. The announcement was made after an official meeting with Congo’s President Joseph Kabila. She is now on a seven-country trip of Africa,

Besides, a cash amount of 17 million dollars, the US will drive a group of legal experts to provide particular recommendations for dealing with the country’s sexual violence and make new rape laws. The cash will be spent in part to draw female police officers. It also used in to pay financial help for medical and psychological for the victims. Hillary urged the Congo’s administration to make an end to the rape of female as “weapons of war.”

LBC Banned in KSA

The Ministry of Culture & Information in Riyadh said a powerful committee had taken decision to lock the Jeddah office of LBC due to airing the interview. Additionally, authorities closed other offices in the kingdom of LBC that is chiefly owned by Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal reported the daily al-Watan

Abdul-Jawad was charged with exposing vice publicly and attorneys say he can sentence the capital punishment. Like many traditional Arab countries, KSA makes illegal sexually explicit content on Media.
