Bush Returns to Texas

Bush TexasAs a president of U.S., it is the great tragedy for George W. Bush, which comes to an end at noon on Tuesday with historically low endorsement ratings. U.S. President George W. Bush is going back to his hometown in Texas after his successor Barack Obama takes office on Jan. 20. President George W. Bush blew a kiss out the window of his presidential limousine, when he was leaving the White House for the last time on Tuesday. After the inauguration ceremony, lots of in the crowd at the capitol cheered noisily and waved goodbye at Bush’s helicopter as it flew over throngs of people.

Bush’s whole career was full of critic work. His eight-year administration was marked by two wars, recession and the biggest terrorist attack on U.S. soil, and also brings a big failure in economic condition. So for that his exit was also bittersweet. He left office with low endorsement ratings, but he remained positive, smiling and joining in the celebration of President Barack Obama’s. Bush thinks that he was right on his own way, he said,

I never took an opinion poll to tell me what to think, and I’m coming home with my head held high and a sense of accomplishment.
