On this Monday, at Bellflower a woman gave birth to eight babies in Southern California which is the world’s second live-born set of octuplets.
Massive 46-person team of doctors was assisting the birth and four delivery rooms were used for the births. The hospital had programmed a caesarean section for seven babies, but doctors were astonished by the eighth. The last baby came five minutes after the first was born. “My eyes were wide,” Dr. Karen Maples said, explaining her reaction to the very last birth. Dr. Harold Henry, chief of maternal and fetal medicine at the hospital said, “It is quite easy to miss a baby when you’re anticipating seven babies. Ultrasound doesn’t show you everything.”
The mother, whose name the hospital did not release, gave birth to six boys and two girls weighing between 1 pound, 8 ounces and 3 pounds, 4 ounces, doctors at Kaiser Permanante Bellflower Medical Center told the associated press. Doctors also said the babies were born nine weeks premature but are in stable condition. Two newborns were placed on ventilators and a third needs oxygen.
The first live born octuplets were born in Houston in 1998, and one baby died about a week later. But now everyone wishes that this octuplets will be live well with good health and happy life.
Sasha and Malia Make History as Obama

Barack Obama, the first American black president, already has made history to get victory in the US President Poll. Now his two kids are going to make another history and that is the first time in around 48 years history that a pair of young kids will move in When the Obama’s family arrive at 1600, Pennsylvania Avenue NW (White House) in January 2009.
If we see the history, the last kid to have got the opportunity for free run of the White House in Washington, D.C was Caroline Kennedy. That time she was only 3-year-old when her father, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, thirty-fifth President of the USA, took oath of office. On the other hand, her younger brother John Junior Kennedy was virtually there since birth. Their tender ages caused their 31 years old mother, Jacqueline (28 July1929 – 19 May1994), to severely protect their privacy.
Famous Presidential historian, philanthropist and public speaker Doug Wead, the author of best-seller “All the Presidents’ Children” said that he already has interviewed nineteen presidential children, and got most of them loved living at the White House. In this connection Susan Ford, the amorous daughter of the late President Gerald Ford, impressed her friends when she was allowed to host her prom at the White House. But she agrees that pomp and circumstance comes with a price. She added, “It’s the articles that are written, the critical letters that you get in the mail from people who don’t even know you who just read something in a magazine or a tabloid or whatever. And you really don’t ask to be there.” On the other hand, Chelsea Clinton (born 27, February, 1980), only kid of former American President Bill Clinton, was just 12 when she came, with her family, to the White House. And she enjoyed around eight year’s mostly off-limits status by the typical media.
So, after J.F. Kennedy’s family, The Obama’s is going to hit 48 years history with his two daughters such as seven years old Sasha and 10 years old Malia. But the American citizens are waiting for how Obama make another history to restore debacle economy.
