It’s not always easy being a teen parent, and we can all use a little help sometimes. Even older parents have a rough time on occasion, balancing work, child care and family concerns, while trying to maintain a social life. Obviously, teen mothers and fathers have less experience out in the world, which can make their job as a parent seem overwhelming, combined with the other responsibilities they must face in their day-to-day lives.

Expectant teen mothers, for example, many times don’t understand at first the amount of work and responsibility involved in raising a child. Some teen girls romanticize the idea of parenthood, expecting that their life will continue, pretty much is normal, except that now they will have this great baby that loves and adores them. The reality can be shocking for many new teen mothers, and some may find themselves facing an overwhelming amount of responsibility and hard work.

Teenage fathers can also underestimate the stress and hard work involved in being a parent, and often they lack the maturity to stick around. Of course, it’s not easy for them either — most teenage fathers have no idea what to expect as a father, and more importantly, they have no idea what is expected of them.

In these cases the teen mother is very often left to fend for herself. If the young mother is lucky, she will have a large, supportive family to help pick up the slack. But many teen mothers do not have this critical support network, and can begin to feel that they are all alone. But the fact is there is help out there for teen parents who are struggling.

There are programs, for example, to help ensure your baby’s good health, and even assist in providing food for the baby. Even before the baby is born, their are organizations providing nutritional programs for teen mothers, to ensure their child will be born healthy and happy. Other programs can provide additional prenatal care.

The WIC, for example, provides financial assistance with buying formula for your new baby, as well as breast-feeding support. The organization even has free counseling and educational services for the new mother. There are videos, books and pamphlets on a wide range of teen parent concerns, and most of these resources or either free, or can be rented or borrowed.

Another great resource for teen parents in need is your local church. In many areas, local churches have food banks that will gladly donate to young parents in need. Normally you do not need to be a member of the church to receive this help. Likewise, the Salvation Army has programs distributing free food at many times of the year. They also have the famous Toys for Tots program, which can be especially helpful to young families at Christmas.

Parents Anonymous is another young parent support group. This organization allows you to speak to other teenage parents, sharing experiences and tips for raising children and maintaining your own life as well. All of these organizations and support groups are there to help the teen parent adapt to their new role, and be the best parent and provider they can for their new child.

Tired of going through one unsatisfying relationship after another? Even worse off, do you find yourself sitting at home lonely without any possible companion whatsoever? Looking at your horoscope can help you identify the right compatibility so you can take advantage of astrology relationships and finally find your soul mate.

In order to prosper from astrology relationships, there are several questions you will want to ask yourself first. For instance, what is the most important facet in relationships to you? Is it money, that you get along, that you have kids?

The next question to ask yourself is what type of a relationship would you prefer. Is it a close and intimate relationship or do would you rather keep your better half at a distance. This can determine how often you see each other and how close you are together.

Ultimately, you have to think about what kind of a partner you are looking for. Do you want someone who is strong-willed and could make it on their own without you or do you want someone that relies on you and needs you in their life? Would you rather have a shy partner or someone who is extremely outgoing?

Astrology relationships and compatibility tests help you identify what the right fit is. It allows you to truly identify what you are looking for in a relationship and what kind of person will satisfy your needs and desires. Finding the right person to spend your life with is not an easy process, but asking yourself the questions here can help.

Ahead of holy month Ramadan US President Barack Obama extended his greatest wishes to the Muslims world Friday. President Obama said again his yearning to restore relationship between the USA and Muslim world that have historically suffered. Former US President George W. Bush also sent similar messages in Ramadan. Earlier, Obama started effort on this purpose with an important speech in Cairo in June. The speech was designed to extend relations in the Islamic community.

In a video message, Obama said ‘These rituals remind us of the principles that we hold in common, and Islam’s role in advancing justice, progress, tolerance, and the dignity of all human beings.’ He told the US will keep on isolating violent extremists. He added ‘America will always stand for the universal rights of all people to speak their mind, practice their religion, contribute fully to society and have confidence in the rule of law.’

Cuba’s President, Raul Castro, has showed interest to talk to the Obama administration and relieve more than 50 years of enmity following olive branches from the Washington. Cuba’s leader said he agreed to respond to USA’s effort to recast their diplomatic relations. However, he insisted Cuba’s socialist system was solid and would not be negotiable. He said, “We are ready to talk about everything but not to negotiate our political and social system,” he told the national assembly on Saturday.

In a standing ovation, Raul told he had not been elected Cuba’s President to return capitalism or surrender the revolution. He said “I have to say; with all due respect to Mrs Clinton … they didn’t elect me president to restore capitalism in Cuba, nor to hand over the revolution. I was elected to defend, maintain and continue perfecting socialism, not destroy it.”

February 24, 2008 Castro was elected President for National Assembly as his ailing brother Fidel Castro made announced his objective not to stand for President once more on 19, February, 2008.

78-year-old Cuba’s President said there was now an opportunity for negotiations that the White House had drabbed Bush-era aggression towards Havana. Castro said “It’s true there has been a diminution of the aggression and anti-Cuban rhetoric on the part of the administration.”

The USA is the only one country in the hemisphere to not get diplomatic ties with Cuba. Many critics consider it as anachronistic and self-defeating. However, Obama has authorized the continuation of discussion over migration and disaster preparedness which were severed throughout the Bush administration.

US Prsident Barack Obama has vowed all American troops must be out of Iraq by 2011. He said it when he welcomed Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to the White House. Obama said hard times were likely for Iraq; however, the USA was ready to make a solid relationship. Maliki joined US President in Washington D.C after talking in New York with UN executives on ending the sanctions imposed on his country following Saddam Hussein’s 1990 invasion of Kuwait.

President Obama warned of the much tough days ahead as still some would be ready to sabotage any progress. He said: “There are still those in Iraq who would murder innocent men, women and children. There are still those who want to foment sectarian conflict. But make no mistake, those efforts will fail.” He said the Iraqi people already rejected “the forces of division and destruction” and US troops would all the time be ready to help.

Prime Minister al-Maliki assured Obama that everything was going well in Iraq. Minster added he shared the objective of Obama to make a new liaison on far above security concerns. Maliki said: “We will work very hard not to allow any sectarian behavior an opportunity to flourish. We will work on a national plan where all sons of Iraq and all daughters of Iraq are equal in their contribution and their services.”

Both presidents will get together on first April in London, on the eve of the G20 summit in London. Experts think that the meeting will melt the ice on the current relation between two countries.

Following a meeting with members of a US commission on Russian relations, Mr Medvedev said moves by US toward Russia had recently been very positive. Medvedev said although relations had deteriorated between the two powerful countries over the past several years, however, a new page in Russia-US relations is going to open due to positive signals from US president Barack Obama. Relations have been particularly frayed between two countries through differences over the 2008 Georgia war and missile defenses in Europe.

According to analysts Russia’s war in Georgia in August 2008 sent relations between Russia and the West plummeting to the lowest level not seen since the Cold War. Russia reacted furiously to plans by the former government of George W Bush to set missile facilities in Poland and the Czech Republic. The recent announcement from Moscow made a hope to develop the relation between two countries.
